This Copyright & DMCA Policy explains how Kelsy Cook, LLC d/b/a The Aisle ("The Aisle," "we," "our," or "us") responds to claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
The Aisle respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same.
1. Copyright Ownership
Users are responsible for ensuring they own, control, or have permission to upload any content they submit to The Aisle.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Portfolio images
- Portfolio videos
- Wedding photographs
- Logos
- Marketing materials
- Biographies
- Website content
- Inspiration images
- Wedding listing content
Uploading content to The Aisle does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property.
2. Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material available on The Aisle infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice.
A valid notice should include:
- Your full legal name.
- Your mailing address.
- Your email address.
- Your telephone number.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material you believe is infringing, including enough information for us to locate it (such as a URL or screenshot).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may delay or prevent our ability to respond.
3. Where to Send Copyright Notices

Note: To strengthen your DMCA protections, register your designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and update this section if your contact information changes.
4. What Happens After We Receive a Notice
Upon receiving a facially valid DMCA notice, we may:
- Review the complaint.
- Remove or disable access to the identified content.
- Notify the user who uploaded the content.
- Request additional information if needed.
- Take other actions permitted by applicable law.
Submitting a notice does not guarantee that content will be removed if the notice is incomplete or legally insufficient.
5. Counter-Notification
If your content has been removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was made in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification.
A Counter-Notification should include:
- Your full legal name.
- Your mailing address.
- Your email address.
- Your telephone number.
- Identification of the removed content.
- The location where the content appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their authorized agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If we receive a valid Counter-Notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to prevent restoration, as permitted by law.
6. Repeat Infringers
The Aisle maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a repeat infringement based on the facts and circumstances of each case.
7. Misrepresentations
Submitting a knowingly false copyright complaint or Counter-Notification may result in legal liability under the DMCA and other applicable laws.
The Aisle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit fraudulent or abusive copyright claims.
8. Other Intellectual Property
This Policy addresses copyright claims under the DMCA.
Trademark, patent, publicity rights, privacy rights, and other legal claims should be submitted through our general support contact unless another process is provided by The Aisle.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Copyright & DMCA Policy from time to time.
When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date above and may provide additional notice through the Platform or by email.
Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
